At Frontiers Music Srl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of music and merchandise. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that any included digital download codes remain unredeemed.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing of your refund.
